Exhibitor Information

Exhibit Location: Sheraton City Centre, Provincial & Conference Foyer

Set-up Hours: Tuesday, March 11, 2014 (7:00am-10:00am)

Exhibitor Hours

  • Tuesday, March 11, 2014: 10:00am-7:00pm (extend hours due to Opening Reception) **updated 2.21.14**
  • Wednesday, March 12, 2014: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Thursday, March 13, 2014: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday, March 14, 2014: 8:00am-5:00pm

Tear Down Hours: Friday, March 14, 2014 (5:00pm-7:00pm)

Three Exhibit Options:

  1. Send one or more representatives and display your publications in person

    2. Rental Rates:
    One Table: $400
    Two Tables: $600
    Three Tables: $800
    Additional Tables: $100/per table

    Rental /includes:
    6’x 30” table
    (2) chairs per table
    Identifying tent card
    Complimentary Conference Registration (1 per table/max of 2)


  2. Display your publication without an on-site representative (single organization table)

    3. Rental Rates:
    One Table: $450
    Two Tables: $650
    Three Tables: $850
    Additional Tables: $100/per table

    Rental /includes:
    6’x 30” table
    Identifying tent card
    Materials unpacked and display set up by volunteer staff
    Periodic monitoring by volunteer staff during exhibit hours


  3. Display your publication without an on-site representative (common table)

    4. You may send individual items to display on a “common table” in the exhibit area. We suggest sending 600 order forms with your sample(s). Please note: CIES cannot return any materials. Samples will be distributed to student volunteers.

    Rates: $50 each for one to five items (order forms are not considered an item)

    Rental /includes:
    Items placed on 6’ x 30” table
    Identifying tent card
    Materials unpacked and display set up by volunteer staff


Shipping information:

  • Full shipping and package information will be sent closer to the conference dates.

Electricity, Internet Service, and/or Audiovisual:

  • If you need electricity and/or audio visual equipment provided at your exhibit please contact Brandi Host, Conference Coordinator at bmhost@indiana.edu. We will arrange these services for you.
  • Wireless internet service is being provided by the conference at no charge. If you need a dedicated line arrangements must be made in advance with the hotel.
  • You will be responsible for paying the vendors for these services.
  • Any requests for electricity, dedicated internet lines or audio visual equipment must be made in advance, not onsite at the conference.
